"Why is my Flight Delayed?" was an explainer video I worked on during my internship at Boeing-Jeppesen. It is an internal video meant to teach new members of the Crew Tracking Software Training team about the daily challenges their clients may face.
Our goal was not only to train the software team, but also create a video that was also accessible to anyone in the company. My responsibilities on this project involved user research, pre-visualization, storyboard, concept refinement, background design, character design, sound design, and animation.
